Travelling with Confidence

A lot has been done since the start of the pandemic to reduce the risk of COVID-19 transmission on all forms of public transport, with operators working hard to keep passengers and their staff safe.

Stagecoach Bus, the main operator of services around York Town Business Park, are committed to ensuring users of the bus are as safe as possible and have therefore produced ‘Safer Travel Guidance’.

They have even introduced a Space Checker in their live map, allowing you to see how busy a bus is before it arrives. Find out more about this and other measures by following the link below.

Before travelling by public transport, make sure you’re up to date with the latest Government guidance for travelling, which could vary depending on where you live. Follow the link below to find the up to date Government guidance on using public transport.

Travel by Train

The York Town Business Park is located in close proximity to a number of train stations, providing a practical travel option for those who travel longer distances to work.

To support those who arrive by train we normally offer a free Shuttle Service which provides links to Camberley and Farnborough Main stations. Unfortunately, this service is currently suspended until staffing levels at Camberley increase. For now, we would recommend catching bus service 1 from Farnborough station, which stops on Frimley Road, around a 10-minute walk from the office.
