Step-by-Step
Charging your EV at Central London couldn’t be easier, just follow the step by step guide below.
- Ensure the red isolator switch is in the ‘OFF’ position
- Connect your cable to the Pod Point unit, ensuring it is fully inserted into the unit
- Connect the cable to your car’s charging point
- Turn the isolator switch to the ‘ON’ position
- Your charge will then commence
To stop your charge:
- Ensure the car is unlocked and that charging has stopped
- Turn the red isolator switch to the ‘OFF’ position
- Remove the cable from your car and the Pod Point
Problems & Further Information
A red-light flashing indicates a fault has occurred. If there is a fault with the charge points, please inform the security team on reception and contact Pod Point Customer Services:
